The terms of the following positions expire on December 31, 2019:
- Officers: Vice President
- Board Members: Three United States Board Members
The term for the vice president is two years and the term for board members is three years.
The nominating committee will prepare a list of candidates for WAA officers and board members. As indicated in Article 7, Section 2: additional nominations may be made during the year, by any member, with the consent of the nominee, by written submission to the Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary shall forward all nominations to the Nominating Committee…. After the nominations are received, the Nominating Committee shall form a slate of candidates to be published in the newsletter.
If you are interested in nominating someone for any of these positions, please submit the name of the individual, along with documentation that the person has consented to be a nominee, to Debbie Andrews Executive Secretary (deb_andrews@frontier.com) by no later than February 28, 2019. Include the phone number and email address of the nominee. The slate of candidates will be published in the Spring Edition of ATLATL.
