Van Meter State Park will host the Annual Archeology Day and newly added Atlatl Throw on Friday and Saturday September 25 & 26 at the Large Shelter House 32146 N Hwy 122 Miami, MO. ISAC throws will be held Friday evening and Saturday when throwers are ready. The Archeology experience will be held on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00. Learning about and trying out Atlatl Throwing will be available for all ages. Primitive & electric camping sites are available.
